Applying wait to the front door
This puts your wait cue into practice at the door itself, a really useful everyday application.
How to practise
- Ask your puppy to sit, then say "wait"
- Open the door gradually, even if it's only open a crack
- Once your puppy is relaxed, release them with "okay" and let them out
